Our set of stones' spheres has more than 60 items starting from 28 mm to 16 cm in diameter. We are the oldest and biggest producers of those in Russia , and the quality of the production is one of the best. This kind of stonecutting production was hardly ever produced in the former Soviet Union , except for a few sets of spheres out of white marble and charoite made for export. This kind of articles was launched to the stonecutting market only in the post-soviet time. In 1993 our workshop made the first spheres out of rhodonite for export, and in the following year - for inner market as well.
What are the spheres remarkable for? Why are the customers interested in this kind of production? Are the spheres multifunctional? They can be used as small architectural forms in decoration of interiors - living rooms and offices. As a rule, big spheres are used for these purposes - from 10 to 20 cm in diameter, of bright colour and with different patterns: malachite, jasper, rhodonite, agate, obsidian, datalite skarn, fluorite, charoite, graphic granite, nephrite, listvenite, serpentine and marble. Collection spheres. Spheres for collections set up by those who are into stones. Spheres are made out of any kind of stone. The size of the sphere depends on the size of the raw material block. In our collection these are mostly spheres cut out of rocky crystal, citrine and rauchtopas with the inclusion of crystal epidote, calcite, rutile and gersgorfite. These kind of spheres are very beautiful, rare and highly valued.
Curing spheres. As you know, minerals and rocks are permanently interacting with environment. At the level of molecular structures the stone can influence people physical condition improving it or even curing an illness. The best form for concentration of the inner energy is a sphere, as it is an ideal geometrical form, which amplifis this phenomenon. Unfortunately, the Russian market is full of cheap spheres out of crystal glass or artificial quartz, which have nothing in common with real rocky crystal. Only special expertise can tell difference between them. Specialists of parallel (or alternative) medicine widely use spheres of jasper and nephrite. Experts confirm that spheres of jasper have the biggest curing effect to relieve depression, improve memory, relieve women's sufferings, and cure stomach sickness. Spheres of green jasper improve heart, sight and stomach. Some people also believe that spheres make a person unconquerable and brave, prevent a person from misfortunes, and bring happiness to the family. Nephrite spheres help at childbirth, cure kidney disease, prolong life. |
